Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of vip-nummer.info and to the handling, ordering and mediation of special VIP numbers and discount mobile numbers through this online shop.

2. Provider

3. Product presentation and contract conclusion

The presentation of numbers in the shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. A contract is concluded only when the checkout is completed, payment is confirmed or the order is expressly accepted.

Each number is a single offer with quantity 1. The same number cannot be ordered more than once. Several different numbers can be purchased together in one order if available.

4. Request-only products and WhatsApp contact

Some numbers may be marked as “On request”. These products cannot be added directly to the cart. The button opens WhatsApp or another contact option so that handling can be coordinated individually.

A WhatsApp request does not itself conclude a contract. A contract is formed only through express confirmation, a specific payment request or completion of a separate order process.

5. Prices, VAT and shipping

All prices are stated in euros including statutory VAT where applicable, plus displayed shipping or handling costs. The prices shown at the time of order apply.

Shipping or further handling takes place after receipt of payment and internal review. Shipping costs and delivery terms are shown in the shop or checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout, for example PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WooPayments/Stripe or other available payment services. The terms of the respective payment provider apply in addition.

7. Availability and stock

Because each VIP number is available only once, overlaps may rarely occur. If a number is no longer available or cannot be mediated after an order, we will inform the customer promptly and refund payments already made.

8. Withdrawal rights for consumers

Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights. Details are provided in the separate withdrawal information and electronic withdrawal function on this website.

9. Customer cooperation

The customer must provide accurate and complete contact details and cooperate with necessary follow-up questions. The specific transfer, activation or handover of a number may depend on technical or organisational processes of involved providers.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions. In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
